French Beans and Peas
Ingredients:-
2 Cups of cut French Beans
1 Cup of Green Peas
1 Medium Potato, skinned and cut into ½ inch square pieces
1 tbsp. grated fresh ginger
½ tsp. Black Pepper Powder
½ tsp. Salt
2 tbsp. Canola oil
Cooking Directions:-
In a suitable pan put the oil and place the pan on medium heat for 1 minute.
Add grated ginger and stir fry for a minute. Add potato pieces and stir fry
until golden brown, about 4 minutes. Add pepper and stir.
Add French beans, peas and salt and stir. Lower the heat to lowest and
cover the pan. Cook it for 8 minutes. Stir and put it in a serving bowl.
It is a side dish.
