For side dish:
12 medium size Broccoli Florets.
6 medium size Cauliflower Florets
8 tbsp. of shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese combined(optional)
20 Whole green Beans
8 Lemon slices
Cooking Directions:-
Side dishes:-
In three separate Microwavable bowls boil Broccoli, Cauliflower and
Green beans separately with ½ cup of water in each bowl. Broccoli
and Cauliflower would take 5 minutes each and Spring beans would
take 3 minutes boiling time. Drain the water and keep them covered
in the same bowls. Before covering the Broccoli and Cauliflower,
sprinkle evenly the shredded mixed cheese and then cover it. Keep
these side dishes aside, to serve when the fish is ready.
Fish Fillets:-
Make sure that the Fish Fillets are of room temperature before the
following preparation.
Pour Vinegar in a large bowl enough for two fillets at a time. Dip the
8 fillets/4 large fillets one at a time in the Vinegar and take it out
in another large bowl/plate.
You may stack them up on the top of one another. Leave them
at least for 10 minutes. (They could be placed in a large zip log bag,
in the fridge for several hours for convenience and just take them out
15 minutes before preparing for the meal to bring them back to
the room temperature).
Mix together Salt, Black pepper, Red Chilly, and Turmeric powders
together in a small bowl.
You will need a non-stick pan with a lid to hold at least 2 fillets at a
time/one large.
Heat the pan on medium heat with 2 tbsp. of oil for a minute and place
2 fillets in the pan. Immediately, turn them over so that the top and
bottom of the fillets would be evenly oil quoted. Cover the pan and
increase the heat to high and cook for 2 minutes.
Open the lid and turn over the fillets and sprinkle the spice mixture
evenly and sparingly so that it would be sufficient for all the 8 fillets.
Cover the pan again and cook on medium fire for 3 minutes. Take
them out and put them in a serving bowl. Cook the rest in similar way.
You may garnish them with chopped coriander leaves/green chutney
or leave them as they are and serve with Broccoli topped with cheese and
Green beans/just boiled vegetables. You may serve them on individual
dinner plates as shown in the picture. In the picture it is served with
chutney on the top and boiled vegetables on the side with Olives and
Lemon slices.
